Marlon Palomo
President
Current Executive Officer of the Philippine Rural Reconstruction Movement (PRRM) and a veteran in the Social Enterprise field having over 25 years of experience. He has worked in the field extensively as chair, manager, development consultant and project evaluator in area development projects, social enterprise projects and microfinance operations. Marlon has also held senior roles in various development institutions such as International Network of Alternative Financial Institutions (INAFI), Lagawe Highlands Rural Bank (LHRBI), and Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) among others.
Christopher Ebreo
Secretary
Christopher is the current TAMPEI Executive Director. He has almost a decade of experience in the affordable housing and property sector working as a community architect for TAMPEI, the technical arm of the Philippine Alliance since 2009. He has worked extensively in participatory design including community mapping processes, community workshops, and community organizing.
Noel Panelo
Auditor
Currently, the admin/finance manager of CAMFI (Core-ACS Microfinance, Inc.), Noel is a Certified Public Accountant who has worked as a manager for the Philippine National Bank for over two decades, and as a managing director for a rural bank for 5 years. He is an experienced trainer and facilitator having trained over 50 institutions, such as banks, NGOs, foundations, and cooperatives across the country from 2004-2015.
Ma. Theresa Carampatana
Vice-President
Tes is the current National President of the Homeless Peoples Federation Philippines, Inc. (HPFPI) and since 2010, one of the community leaders in the United Libis Homeowners Association. As secretary of the Board, she brings with her vast knowledge and experience in community organizing, government funding programs and mobilizing the marginalized urban poor sector to guide LinkBuild in its social mission.
Deanna Ayson
Treasurer
Coordinator of PAACSI, the mother NGO of the Philippine Alliance and has 20 years of work experience in the non-profit sector focusing on training, planning and research of community-led shelter initatives. Dea has extensive competencies in Journalism, Community Development and Professional Education earning degrees from the University of the Philippines Diliman.
Atty. Angel Ojastro III
Board Member
Former Secretary-General of the Housing & Urban Development Coordinating Council and has more than 20 years of professional experience as law practitioner specualuz degrees in both Economics and Accountancy. Angel has worked extensively with the government having been a consultant in the National Anti-Poverty Commission, Office of the Secretary at the DILG and Naga Local City Government. He also has work experience as a Legal Consultant of the World Bank in the Philippines. He specializes in criminal cases, land disputes, contract enforcement, environment cases, election-related cases and damage suits.
Dr. Billy is the director of Julio and Florentina Ledesma Foundation, an NGO involved in various poverty alleviation programs such as Capacity building, Enterprise Development & Socialized housing catering to rural communities and victims of calamities. He is also involved in other Negros-based NGOs, serving as the president of San Carlos Development Board, the president of the Federation of the Multi-Sectoral Alliance for Development Negros (MUAD-Negros) and, a board member of the Global Environment and Nature Ecosystems Society (Phil.) Foundation, Inc. (GENESYS). He brings to LinkBuild his vast experience from working with a wide array of organizations involved in different advocacies.
