About Us
We are a social enterprise that delivers innovative, affordable and sustainable housing solutions and programs for low-income, poor and vulnerable families with insecure tenure, and inadequate and shelter conditions in the Philippines.
Assisting communities since 2014
We have served 155 families through our core housing program spread across 5 projects, and are currently assisting 282 families to gain access to land. We are also in the process of studying the viability of mixed-income housing, one of the first of its kind in the Philippines, that would benefit around 175 families. As we continue to grow, we aim to scale up the development of affordable and sustainable housing solutions and programs.
Our Approach
In our approach, the community is involved in every step from project development to construction. Through these processes of collaboration with communities, we deliver bespoke housing that cater to their real needs, allowing for housing projects that are more sustainable, affordable and resilient.

The Philippine Alliance
We are a member of the Philippine Alliance, a group of 5 organizations who have as our common mission to provide sustainable shelter solutions to the urban poor through a community-driven process.
Together with the Philippine Alliance, we aim for a holistic intervention that is not just focused on housing, but on the social, economic and environmental transformation of the communities we assist.

PHILIPPINE ALLIANCE PARTNERS
Homeless People’s Federation Philippines, Inc. (HPFPI) is a nationwide network of urban poor communities helping each other to attain security of tenure and improved quality of life through self-help and community-driven initiatives. Its purpose is to promote community savings programs in all of its member communities which they can utilize towards their respective community development initiatives.
